The 40-year-old left at the end of last season, having struggled for game-time and is yet to find a new club despite his vast experience and quality between the sticks. The former Arsenal star is reportedly a target for manager Graham Potter who needs reinforcements in that position.
This news comes as the club released youngster Wes Foderingham earlier this week. He joined Cypriot side Aris Limassol on a permanent deal and now Potter is looking for a more experienced shot stopper to fill the gap.
Fabianski made 216 appearances across all competitions for the club following his arrival from Swansea in 2018 and he was also part of the Hammer's Conference League-winning side in 2023. Other interesting stats include how he kept 92 clean sheets in 372 games for the Hammers, managed 144 wins and 154 losses across those games and maintained a save percentage of 72% for the Irons
As reported by talkSPORT, West Ham were offered the chance to sign Andre Onana on loan from Manchester United last month but rejected the deal much like several other club. Onana is now set to join Turkish side Trabzonspor on loan as West Ham aim to bring in a more reliable goalkeeper in Fabianski.
