Son Heung-Min returned to Tottenham for the first time since his departure to bid a final farewell to the fans ahead of their Champions League clash with Slavia Prague on Tuesday (December 9).

The 33-year-old spent an incredible ten years at Tottenham before leaving on a high in the summer when he finally bagged his first piece of major silverware with the club.

Son was sold to LAFC before the start of the Premier League season, however, and was unable to bid a proper goodbye to Spurs’ faithful fans.

He managed to rectify that ahead of Tottenham’s Champions League game against Slavia Prague, collecting an award from the club to mark his years of service.

A new mural outside the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was also revealed to mark the occasion.
