The defending champions took control of the round 16 tie with a 5-2 win in the first-leg.
At 2-2, Jorgensen misplaced a pass which led to Vitinha's goal. Minutes later, the Dane did the same thing, though this time PSG's goal was chalked off by VAR. However, a furious Enzo Fernandez threw the ball at his teammate in frustration.
Afterwards, Rosenior said: "That’s on me. I need to be better in moments, in setbacks. We have to stay calm in the moment and we didn’t, me included. The scoreline is a painful one.
"Filip is not the first one to make a mistake, that’s part of football. He held his hands up in the dressing room. Everyone makes mistakes. We’ve shot ourselves in the foot and made this tie very difficult but not impossible."
On his starting XI making the media EIGHT HOURS before kickoff, Rosenior added on a potential mole hunt: "I’m sure we’ll get to the bottom of that if that’s the case."
