He said afterwards: "Very happy with the victory. These are three very important points on our path to entering the top 8. Today was my day and I'm very happy.
"We controlled the first half, they scored on their only chance, but we lacked risk-taking. More intensity with and without the ball.
"In the second half, especially the first 15 minutes, we shifted into a higher gear and scored two goals. We could have scored more, but we had to suffer."
Teammate Pedri said of Kounde: "He works hard, he deserves it, it will do him good, I'm happy for him. I'm sure he didn't want to finish the second one, but I'll ask him."
