The former Blues captain will auction the memorabilia at a charity sale, with all money raised set to support causes through his foundation.
"My foundation is going to benefit with two very close to my heart foundations that are in desperate need of the money," Terry said. "It's going to a great cause, so all the support is going to be welcome."
Terry is set to to sell two iconic shirts from his Champions League final appearances with Chelsea. One from the 2008 final when the Blues lost to Manchester United and one from 2012 when he was suspended as his side beat Bayern Munich.
The most expensive item that Terry is selling is his Premier League winner’s medal from the 2004-05 season, which reports say could go for around £75K.
A spokesperson for the company said: “When considering the greatest defenders in the history of English football, Terry’s name can often be found at the forefront of the conversation.
“A stalwart and imposing presence on Chelsea’s vaunted back line, Terry quickly was anointed as the club’s skipper under newly arrived manager Jose Mourinho, a decision that proved wise beyond measure.
“We are proud to present a remarkable array of memorabilia sourced directly from John Terry’s personal collection, testaments to various stages of his illustrious and accomplished career.”
The bidding will begin on December 31st in what should be a huge money raising campaign for several charities.
