The Gunners aim to maintain their perfect start in the competition, having won their first two games of the 2025-26 campaign.
Summer signings, including Hincapie, Viktor Gyokeres, and Martin Zubimendi, have strengthened the squad, with Ecuadorian now returning from injury.
The defender, who joined from Bayer Leverkusen, played just one minute earlier this season due to injury but is now available for selection, giving Arteta more options as Arsenal look to continue their impressive domestic and European form.
"He will be available. I think (the Fulham) game came a bit too early for him, so he had another two very good sessions and now he's ready to go," Arteta said.
