However, the coach also added a caveat: "Nevertheless, there is a clear contractual agreement between the clubs."
The big factor in HSV's favour is Vuskovic wishing to play alongside his brother, Mario Vuskovic, who is serving a doping ban. Mario will be available for HSV from November next season.
