The current release clause is €65 million, which would be triggered if/when Jackson makes 40 starts with the Bavarians.
The recent report now suggest that Bayern have already agreed a five-year deal with Jackson that would keep him in the Bundesliga.
It’s understood that Bayern are keen on securing Jackson’s services as quickly as possible, although Chelsea are yet to be formally approached.
