Youssef Mehri opened the scoring in the 38th minute, before Paul Bassene doubled the lead just before halftime and added a second in the 53rd minute.
The victory secured RS Berkane a spot in the quarter-finals. In the other group match, holders Pyramids FC beat Power Dynamos 3-1, finishing top of the group with 16 points.
