There were thousands of teary eyes in Anfield on Sunday as Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson played their final games for Liverpool.

Robertson has already agreed to join Tottenham Hotspur once his contract expires next month, and Salah's next club is unclear once his nine-year spell comes to an end.

With big departures confirmed, Liverpool are already planning for life without two of their legends this summer, and Sky Sports have revealed their transfer plans.

The Reds aren't targeting a "like-for-like" replacement for Salah, accepting that no one on the market can replicate his output, and will instead reshape their forward line.

Yan Diomande is a player Liverpool are targeting, seeing the teenager as a possible option to play on the right wing, with Jeremie Frimpong also showcasing his capabilities.

A wide option and a central striker are therefore expected to arrive at Anfield this summer. In defence, meanwhile, a centre-back, left-back, and a number six are all priority signings for Arne Slot.
