Galatasaray will pay Osimhen’s €75m release clause, with €40m upfront and the remaining €35m by the end of 2026.
Napoli will also receive €5m in bonuses and retain a 10% sell-on clause. The deal includes an ‘anti-Serie A clause’ that prevents Osimhen from joining a direct Serie A rival within the next two years.
