The Saudi club had previously been linked with Victor Osimhen, Benjamin Sesko, and Alexander Isak, but none of those moves came to fruition.
Arne Slot has already welcomed Hugo Ekitike to strengthen his striking options, while the Reds are also known to be highly interested in Newcastle’s Alexander Isak.
However, it remains unclear whether they will submit a second bid after their initial offer was rejected.
