According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Ndoye has signed a five-year deal with the club, plus the option for another 12 months.
Forest will pay €40 million plus €5 million in add-ons, along with a 10% sell-on clause to Bologna for his services.
Antonio Conte’s Napoli had previously been linked with a move for Ndoye but they failed to reach an agreement with Bologna and Forest swooped in.
