Club owner Olajide “JJ” Olatunji (KSI) has dismissed Bradbury after a seven-month tenure in what is a ruthless first move from the media personality who is wasting no time in leaving his mark on the side.
Former Liverpool and Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll has been named manager on an interim basis which comes after it was revealed he is a shareholder in the side.
Carroll played 12 times for the side in the National League South this season, scoring six goals including a hat-trick and now takes charge of the club on a temporary basis.
In an official statement, the club expressed their gratitude towards Bradbury and announced Carroll as his successor.
"Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club can confirm that we have parted company with First-Team Manager, Lee Bradbury," the statement read.
"We are very grateful to Lee for his focus, professionalism, and commitment during his time at the Club and for his contributions, both on and off the pitch, to stabilise the club last summer. Dagenham and Redbridge wish him every success in his future endeavours. Andy Carroll will take the team on an interim basis, and further updates will be communicated in due course."
Carroll has made 248 Premier League appearances, netting 54 goals throughout his career as he hopes to bring that experience into management whilst the club find a permanent replacement.
The striker's first clash comes at home to Torquay United on Saturday afternoon as he and KSI look to transform the side into a club who can push for promotion next season.
